Girls Grades
3 to 4 Division
Girls Grades 3 - 4 Division play on a smaller court with the basketball rims adjusted to 9 feet. They typically practice once a week with games on the weekend. Defenders are restricted within the 3-point line with pressing allowed at designated times in the game.

5 to 7 Division
Girls Grades 5 - 7 Division play on a normal court with the basketball rims adjusted to regulation height (10 feet). They typically practice once a week with games on the weekend. Defenders are restricted to half court with pressing allowed at designated times in the game.
Girls Grades
8 to 12 Division
Girls Grades 8 - 12 Division play on a normal court with the basketball rims adjusted to regulation height (10 feet). They typically practice once a week with games on the weekend. There are no restrictions on defense.
